Stefan (L.S) van Meurs

Stefan has been a lawyer since 2002. He has been working at Delissen Martens since 2024 in the Corporate Law and the Corporate Litigation department. Stefan has broad experience in the field of corporate, contract and liability law. Stefan assists his clients in, among other things, mergers and acquisitions, setting up cooperation structures and he litigates corporate and commercial disputes.

Clients can turn to Stefan for drafting and advising on agreements in share transactions, shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts, such as sales- and purchase contracts, general terms and conditions, agency and distributions agreements.
