Ivo (I.J.) Janssens

Ivo has been a tax advisor since 1991 and a lawyer since 2001. Before he became lawyer, Ivo worked at two major accounting-tax consulting firms. The legal practice of Ivo focuses primarily on the tax and civil aspects of Corporate and Business Law. Ivo assists entrepreneurs in national and international mergers and acquisitions and advices them on various tax issues.
Ivo also deals with estate-planning of director-major shareholders and high net worth individuals. He also litigates regularly on behalf of entrepreneurs and individuals on disputes with the tax authorities.
