Isabelle joined Delissen Martens in the Corporate Law section in late 2022.

Expertise

Isabelle supervises M&A transactions and assists clients in disputes arising from such transactions.

She also advises entrepreneurs on corporate governance issues, such as setting up corporate structures. She also drafts cooperation agreements and shareholder agreements. Finally, Isabelle assists shareholders in (mutual) disputes.
